I designed a user-friendly website for Levino Hotel, enabling guests to easily explore room options and view the restaurant menu. The website seamlessly redirects customers to MakemyTrip for bookings.
Levino Hotel lacked an online presence for room bookings and menu viewing, causing guest inconvenience. The challenge was to create an intuitive platform that streamlined this process without direct booking functionality.
Developed a responsive website, providing guests with a hassle-free experience to explore rooms and menus. The primary solution was to implement a redirect feature, seamlessly connecting users to MakemyTrip for booking, ensuring convenience and satisfaction.
The Levino Hotel website UX case study process began by understanding the problem: the need for a user-friendly website enabling room and menu exploration with redirection to a third-party booking platform. We emphasized user personas, including Kavita and Rahul, to guide our design decisions. Extensive user research helped identify pain points and user needs. We then developed low-fidelity wireframes to conceptualize the website's layout and functionality, followed by high-fidelity wireframes for a polished, intuitive design. The result was a seamless and responsive website offering a streamlined experience for users like Kavita and Rahul, effectively connecting them with Levino Hotel's services and enhancing their online journey.
